TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AT-TAWBAH MAGAZINE

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between At-Tawbah Magazine, published by ASBL Nitescence (hereinafter “the Publisher”), and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the User”) subscribing via the www.attawbah.com website .
2. Subscription offers
At-Tawbah Magazine offers several digital subscription packages:
Individual Subscription (1 person, 1 e-mail address)
– Senior: 12 numbers for adults
– Junior (8-11 years): 12 numbers designed for children aged 8 to 11
Family subscription (4 people, 1 common e-mail address)
– Access to 12 Senior and 12 Junior issues
– Designed for family use, with content for every generation
3. Subscription and payment terms
Duration and Renewal
– Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from activation.
– Subscriptions can be annual (one-off payment) or monthly (direct debit).
– All subscriptions are automatically renewed, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payment methods
– Credit card 💳 (Visa, Mastercard…)
– Direct debit (monthly or annual)
4. Access and use
Subscription access
– Subscriptions are strictly personal and accessible with a single e-mail address.
– The User is responsible for the confidentiality of his login and password.
Access sharing prohibited
– Access is reserved for the season ticket holder (individual) or members of the same household (family).
– Any sharing of logins outside the family is forbidden and may result in suspension of the subscription without refund.
– We’re counting on your trust and commitment. If you like At-Tawbah Magazine, the best way to help us is to spread the word. The more of us there are, the more orphans we can sponsor and offer a better future.
5. Right of withdrawal and refund
No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content immediately accessible after payment.
Repayment conditions
Subscriptions are non-refundable, except in the event of a technical problem preventing access to the service and not resolved by our support team.
Cancellation of a direct debit subscription
– The User may cancel his monthly subscription at any time from his customer area, with effect from the end of the current month.
– For annual subscriptions, termination will take effect at the end of the current period.
6. Responsibilities
At-Tawbah Magazine makes every effort to ensure the availability and quality of the service. However, we cannot be held responsible in the event of :
– Temporary unavailability of the site for maintenance.
– Problems related to the User’s Internet service provider.
– Fraudulent use of identifiers by a third party.
7. Personal data protection
At-Tawbah Magazine and ASBL Nitescence respect the confidentiality of subscriber data. The information collected is used solely to manage subscriptions and is neither sold nor shared with third parties.
In accordance with the RGPD, Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification and deletion by contacting info@attawbah.com.
8. Modification of the GTC
At-Tawbah Magazine and ASBL Nitescence reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via the website or by e-mail.
